Professional Standards

Fees and Payment
The indicative fee ranges displayed on this website are provided as a general orientation for prospective clients and do not constitute a binding fee quote. The actual fees applicable to any matter are agreed in writing in the engagement letter, which will set out the basis of charging, billing frequency, and payment terms.
Fees displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, disbursements, court fees, or third-party costs unless otherwise stated in the engagement letter. Payment terms and consequences of late payment are as specified in the engagement letter.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the firm's liability in connection with this website — including any information, content, or preliminary views provided through it — is limited to direct loss actually incurred and does not extend to consequential, indirect, or economic loss.
